Peaceful rooms with a lovely view, everything is top-notch. the breakfast spread is amazing with coffee, tea, fruit, and crispy bacon! 🥓

This place had a fantastic location near restaurants and eateries, close to a tower and a theater, and my room had amazing views of an outdoor garden.

Charming small hotel with fabulous views of an outdoor garden. Lots of options for breakfast, fresh fresh fruit and bacon. Location short walk to beautiful walled garden, cafes, supermarket, money changers and metro, and many good restaurants, parks and businesses.

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice dining area with free tea all day.

The room was super clean and charming, it also had a flat-screen TV with plenty of channels to choose from, plus central heating to keep you cozy and a safe for your valuables. 📺

The sink leaked a bit, the pillows needed to be switched because they were far too tall and firm, plus the deodorizer in the room was really overpowering and needed to be disabled.

Homely place with courteous stuff at the reception desk, truly enjoyed it. The room we where upgraded to was quiet and included WiFi, tea, coffee, and nice wooden floor. The location was great, not too far away from a 64 - story tall skyscraper😀

We had a fantastic time staying at this boutique hotel in a safe neighborhood. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the metro. It was easy for us to explore the city center by foot. The room was comfortable and clean, with cozy beds and embroidered sheets. The staff was professional and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious and filling breakfast each morning. The only downside was that the wifi only worked in the living room.

Small hotel but well kept and tidy. Wifi available in the hotel and in the attached bistro-restaurant and bar. The Bar has a nice terrace, by the road but a little elevated, with a few table also outside in the terrace. Breakfast is good, with a good variety buffet. The breakfast area is in a internal conservatory, plus another living area. There is also a little internal open space with tables.

Sometimes some noise from the road traffic, but honestly not a major issue.

Nice fresh fruit and bacon at the garden served for breakfast. The location of the hotel was marvellous and lovely, close to shops and a big shopping mall...

The staff here is very friendly and accommodating, allowing for early check-in, with rooms in a classic style that are clean, compact, and stylishly decorated.

The staff provided attentive service. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. the location was fantastic, within a moderate distance from Costanera Center. the area surrounding the hotel was modern and convenient with a nearby metro station.
